God's plans and our plans don't always look the same. On this occasion, the difference is that we had planned to raise money through a Murder Mystery Night... and... God has a different plan.
We could be angry or upset or worried about the lack of fundraising time/opportunity we now have since this event has been canceled... but to the God who flung stars into space, is money really such a big deal? As my Grandma always says, "God's will, God's debt... and God is nobody's debtor".
So watch this space for how God brings this all together. In the meantime, we can be thankful that He is in control and that He is teaching all of us and preparing us through this experience.
